Refunds

Studio does not offer self-service refunds. If you need a refund, contact support. Cognistry processes refunds through Stripe and removes project access so downloads stop after a refund.

• Payments are handled by Stripe.
• After a refund, Cognistry removes access (downloads stop).
• Receipts come from Stripe at checkout.

Final refund policy language is owned by Legal / Product.
